Giant Thistle of Lucca or Romagna
Reference: 27
Abundant leaves, without thorns with a very wide, tender ivory white rib. The whitened ribs are eaten in winter, cooked and seasoned. We recommend gr. 5/6 of seed per sqm. seedbed; In case of sowing in the open field, put 4/5 seeds for each hole, taking care to thin out after birth, leaving the plant more robust.
