The goods are shipped carriage paid, in the event that the goods are shipped freight collect, on the customer's indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier. At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the communication, via email, sent by us to the processing of the order. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the waybill that accompanies the shipment and confirmed, within 48 hours, by sending a specific communication by fax or email to our offices. Even if the packaging is intact, the gear must still be checked. Any report made without respecting the procedure and deadlines indicated will not be taken into consideration. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is said.
