Multicolored ribbed chard, initially the ribs are light green and are tinged, when ripe, with splendid colors including yellow, pink, orange, dark red and green. Given its particular beauty and goodness, it can be used indifferently in the kitchen or for ornamental purposes in vases or boxes. This vegetable is rich in beta-carotene, an essential vitamin for the skin, tissues and eyesight.
