Very early pumpkin with a rounded shape with very thin skin of intense green color and lighter streaks, very compact orange-yellow pulp, firm and not very stringy. Fruit with a very sweet but balanced flavor that can reach a maximum weight of 3 kg. In the Mantuan tradition, the "Delica" is used to produce the sweet filling of the famous Pumpkin Tortelli.
